Caravan Parking close to shopping precinct, and a newly installed public Dump point. No overnight camping. Couldn't open dump point required we code but couldn't work out lock system

Great dump site, easy to find. Had padlock on but was unlocked.

Great dump site provided by Shire of Harvey. The padlock was locked, the code is 1234. Then squeeze the locking arm down into the body, then it will open.
