Just spent the night at the Horizontal Falls & it is the most amazing experience. The staff make it, their social interaction with visitors, everything ran like clockwork - meals were excellent & included breakfast. The facilities were spotless, the commentary fun & interesting, these lovely young people are exceptional in the attitude, presentation & had everything organised we just had to enjoy ourselves. We hope management know how lucky they are to have these people working with them.
