The information centre in itself is a very beautiful building. When entering the national park the lady at the gate was very friendly and told us to go get a national parks pass for future parks as it would be cheaper. So that's what I did, But I found that the lady behind the counter was very rude when trying to buy my pass. She made me feel belittled since I hadn't had one previously and was just extremely rude.

The Discovery Centre at The Pinnacles in the Nambung National Park is a well designed building open from 8.30 am to 4.30 pm daily. Cost to enter the park is $15 per vehicle or free with the WA All Parks Pass. Inside the building there is a gift shop, interpretative area and friendly, helpful staff. They will provde information not only for the Pinnacles but also other national parks in WA. There is plenty of parking and toilets in a seperate building.

Discovery centre has good content well presented. Margaret was very helpful and informative and the Pinnacles themselves are quite remarkable. Well worth the visit.
