This roadside rest area is located on the Great Northern Highway and is accessible to vehicles travelling in both directions. Rest areas are a place where you can stop and rest, making your journey safer and more enjoyable. Rest areas are not intended for camping and stopping is NOT to exceed more than 24 consecutive hours. There are no facilities at this rest area. Take all rubbish with you and leave no trace.

Gravel western side of road. Limited shade. Track goes back beyond parking bay. No bins. Added info when passing only.

Worst spot to stop that I have found in Australia. Toilet paper, and the beheaded remains of 2 kangaroos and a bird.. WTF is this place.
