Description

A beautiful, shaded, flat spot just 20m from the Blackwood River, in the Blackwood River National Park. Great little area down by river to fish, swim and relax. Easy drive down a fairly narrow track just off Denny Rd. Not suitable for large motorhomes or caravans due to lack of turning space. Camping in this National Park is only officially permitted in designated campgrounds at Sues Bridge and Warner Glen. Any overnight stays at this location are unofficial. Pets are not permitted. Absolutely no phone reception on Telstra or Optus.

Nice camp though road quite corrugated. No facilities etc and a bit of a track down to water.

One night stayed at the time only me there. The road was bumpy. Very quiet but sometimes I heard animal's footsteps while sleeping.

Looks like a nice spot, no room for us at the moment so didn't stay. Track in is a little tight and corrugated but ok.
