We provide accommodation to suit every need and budget, including two bedroom air conditioned villas, motel style studio units, fully equipped chalets, budget cabins, camping grounds and a backpackers' lodge, the Ningaloo Club. Water taps at caravan sites are hot salty bore water, not recommended for use with your caravan. There are fresh water taps available to fill van up but this is an extra cost. First founded by Bill and Alison Brogan in 1973 as Bayview Coral Bay, the Brogan family are proud to welcome you to our holiday village, filled with everything you need to enjoy your stay. From modern dining in Bill's bar to shopping as well as guided trips, tours and beachfront accommodation. Only here can you experience the reef right from the beach, at Ningaloo Coral Bay.

We stayed four nights with only a few days notice we rang to see if any vacancies & got in even though we had to shift 3 times but not concerned as in motorhome. We found staff to be very friendly obliging & helpful. Ablution block is tired dirty mop water that you are asked to clean shower after use I'm not sure what's worse but this seems to be typical of most mop water it's filthy. I don't understand why camp kitchens have such dirty disgusting old dish cloths !! Not that we use them BUT please change the cloths regularly On days that it's raining the ablutions become a slosh pit shame but I guess that's camping and under staffing can't keep up with cleaning duties Great spot first time here packed in like sardines however it's a very QUIET cv park impressiv

Excellent location. Reasonably sized lots Power and artesian water. Amenities are tired but never ever any lineups or wait times. Laundry does the job Staff friendly and reasonably helpful If your wanting a good site get one opposite Bills restaurant, you feel less hemmed in

Worst customer service for a caravan park. Have 2 booking systems one in Perth and one onsite. Booked for 2nights and had to move. You have to book out at 10 and then wait until 11 to get your new site number, what a joke. Make sure you book via caravan park directly so this doesn't happen. Cleaning of amenities was at 8.30 when it is the most busiest
