Go to another van park

Here so far for 1 week have booked for 2 weeks. Ammenities have not been cleaned for the week we've been here, yet we had to pay a $50 bond to ensure we cleaned up after our dogs. Sites not very well maintained. Not allowed to put tent pegs into the ground due to water table under sites which means it's very hard to properly secure awnings even though there are a couple of anchor points provided. Road noise not too bad. Would not recommend

If there are no other options! The caravan part of this park feels like an after thought. The spaces are sufficient for a van and annex or awning but then you have almost nowhere to park your vehicle. This aspect also means that manoeuvring of your van into those spots is a delicate procedure when the park is full or near full. The van area is next to the main road where the road noise is quite high during the daylight hours. The grassed areas have wet spots coming up through the ground making muddy areas, almost like there are leaking sprinkler lines beneath the surface. The outdoor kitchen is a minimal setup and the bin looks like is hasn't been emptied in weeks. The toilets were clean, but dated an in need of a refurbish.
