This place is so interesting. The camp dogs are noisy but friendly. At night we sat around a blazing fire and listened to the dingoes howling. Basic toilets and shower but hot. Lots of flies still.

When you drive in head left. There is no reception building. John or Greg will take your money eventually. We have been paying after 5 night blocks. Also there is public phone and all calls are free to any phone in Australia.

We have been here 4 weeks. There are very very basic facilities but there is hot water and electricity. Do NOT be put off by the two station dogs who run up as you drive in. Tiger and Bruce are gentle giants who live here. They love people and love playing with our dogs. Give it a go. We see so many people drive in and straight back out. You can't go wrong for $10 a night. We have reception in a spot in our van and are even able to stream tv from our phones to notebooks.
