Description

This is a point of interest. Frank Macklin's Cottage Frank Ewin Macklin; an English ex-serviceman whose family died in WW1, migrated out to Australia and worked locally, retired then lived here alone with his beloved dogs until his death in 1968 aged 85 years. His dogs are buried in marked graves not far away from his cottage.
