Description

Dunn Rocks is a low, rocky headland flanked on each side by sweeping white beaches. There are no facilities and camping is not allowed. Beach driving - If you have a four-wheel-drive vehicle, you can drive right up to the water's edge at Dunns Rock. However be aware that these beaches are notoriously treacherous for vehicles and it is easy to become bogged in the most innocent looking wet or dry sand. Dunn Rocks is a 45 minute drive east of Esperance, mostly by sealed road. The last 14km south along Dunn Rock Rd is unsealed, suitable for two-wheel-drive, however it is best to check road condition prior to travelling.
