Description

Whalebone Bay camping area is located 26 kilometres south of Denham, off Shark Bay Road. You must now book a site online via the Parks WA website. The sites are accessible using a two-wheel drive via unsealed roads. Sites are unpowered and suitable for tents, camper trailers, motorhomes and caravans. There are no facilities. Site 5 is 4WD only - entry via very soft and deep sand. Camp in designated (cleared/signposted) areas only. Camp fires are strictly prohibited. Chemical toilets or port-a-loos are required. Otherwise please ensure that waste is buried. All rubbish must be removed from the site. Patchy mobile reception.
