Description
The majority of the old Meentheena pastoral lease is now a conservation estate jointly managed by the government and Nyamal people. Purungunya is a conservation estate and therefore, National Park rules apply in regards to rubbish etc.. Leave nothing but footprints, take nothing but photos and memories.
Purungunya Conservation Estate is temporarily closed to visitation while baseline surveys and assessments are undertaken.
