Campers need to be self reliant at Gregories, as facilities are basic with only toilets and gas BBQs provided. Camping fees apply. No bookings, first come, first served. There is no drinking water so ensure you bring enough for your stay. A high-clearance four-wheel drive is essential to travel beyond the Peron Heritage Precinct. The tracks of deep soft sand offer challenging conditions for drivers. Low clearance vehicles, caravans and large trailers cannot be used on these deeply rutted tracks - only camper trailers and dinghies are suitable.
