There is a tap on the side of the toilets. It has a handle. Will need a screw fitting to connect a hose.. The road past is a single lane so it will block the road if you pull alongside. However the road is quiet so this would not be an issue if you are outside peek times. Plus the road ends in a small carpark/playground so there is no through traffic, Motorhomes can pull in to the side provided your hose is long enough.
