Description
The Nhill Aviation Heritage Centre is home to four aircraft; an Avro Anson (almost completely rebuilt), a fully rebuilt Wirraway, a flying Tiger Moth and an operating Link Trainer (flight simulator).
The Nhill Aviation Heritage Centre is a tribute to more than 10,000 young men and women who trained at the Nhill aerodrome when it was an RAAF Base during World War II and to the Aviation History of Nhill.
Opening Hours:
Sat - Sun 10:00 am - 4:00 pm
Open Public Holidays
Will open by appointment during the week for groups...please phone ahead to make appointment, at least a couple of days in advance.
Free camping is available adjacent to the Heritage Centre.
