The park boasts a fantastic collection of features for outdoor sports fanatics presenting, a pool, putting green, tennis court, basketball court and walking track. If you dabble in wildlife adventures, take a short stroll down to the Bay and you are standing in Port Phillip Heads National Marine Park, jump on a boat or kayak whilst encircled by some of Australia's rarest species of birds. Staff were friendly, wouldn't stay again - not suitable for caravans, extremely windy, nearest dump point 15+ km away, large dirt paddock at rear mainly under development for cabins, toilets were dirty - not cleaned regularly, after cleaning just less dirty. I appreciated the late check-out and beers available for purchase at reception.

Fantastic place to stay if you are looking for a quiet spot that is dog friendly. Park is neat as a pin and easy to navigate for big vans. Nice pool and good facilities for kids and a big walking track and off lead park for dogs. Easy drive to Queenscliff or Ocean Grove for supplies or the beach.

Friendly staff and good communication on phone and email for late check in. Very neat and tidy park many private owned cabins stayed in by house proud people. We stayed here as a test site for a new van and it was perfect for that, bit windy by the bay and not really within walking distance to anything apart from one or two cafes apart from the bay but good value if you just want to get out and camp somewhere on the Bellarine.
