Description

Location of former Delegate Aboriginal Reserve (unconfirmed), based on geo location data. Delegate Aboriginal Reserve was a camping ground and historic period settlement site for the Ngarigo along with Monaro, Bidawal, Maap and Gippsland people. The former Delegate Aboriginal Reserve retains evidence of former houses which are visible as mounds, flattened areas of ground and stone components of their hearths. No camping or overnight parking.
