Situated on 65 acres, Phoenix Park is a tourist park owned by Cameron and Virginia Stewart. Like a growing number of young families, we moved to Ballan with the intention of raising our children and building a business of which we can be proud. We have 45 powered camp sites, 14 dorm rooms, 3 eco houses and multiple communal spaces available for tourist stays and venue hire. As we have no long term residents, the park is available for private group bookings. Our communal kitchen and lounge make a great destination for club or family weekends, relaxed corporate retreats and boutique festivals.

Nice spot, no sign on the roadside. Plenty of room, bit overpriced at $20pp.

Beautiful property, very large sites with power & water. Friendly owners, very accommodating of our late checkin. Also gave us option to choose any spot. Close to highway, but didn't mind the noise considering all the space & privacy we had during the busy Easter long weekend where other campsites are so crammed. Clean toilets/showers. Have to shower early, as there was no hot water at night. Can checkout anytime as well.

Outstanding place to stay. Huge drive through sites, water, power, fires. We bought $40 dollars wood and it was delivered in a back hoe. Loads of land and space to spread out. Close to Ballarat, Ballan, Daylesford. Telstra Mobile reception 2 bars.
