Howqua Valley Resort is located on the banks of Lake Eildon - just 20 minutes from the rural township of Mansfield (40 minutes to Mount Buller)
Turn in off the main road to discover our secrete world - we have an awesome 9 hole mini golf course and luxurious pool area beside a beautiful waterfall or you can play tennis at the edge of the lake.
Children of all ages can ride their bikes throughout the park or group together for a game of Volleyball. Mums and Dads can rest easy at the Gazebo while their little cherubs explore the children's playground and spot the local Kookaburras and wild Bush Parrots, Kangaroos or Wombats.
Our extremely long concrete boat ramp is an anglers dream, and super convenient for those who enjoy the variety of water sports - launching your ski boat and or Jet Ski couldn't be any easier. Make your way up the Goulbourn River arm to the Jamieson Brewery or cruise around the lake to Goughs Bay or Macs Cove.
Forgot the fuel or just need some more - no problem!! Pull up on our banks for a refill. Touring motoring enthusiast (rods and road bikes) often stop in and refill at our bowsers and the 4x4 and dirt bike riders which we often accommodate in the park cabins fill up and ride/drive straight out of the park up into the hills to explore.
Our general store offers ICE, Cold Beer, Take Away Food, fantastic Coffee, fresh Fruit & Veg, all manner of Groceries, Fishing gear (including live bait and licences), Gas and the latest Magazines and Newspapers.
Just 10 minutes by car to historical Jamieson, 45 to the top of Mount Buller, 20 minutes to Mansfield, wineries all around us, beautiful and iconic tourist attractions, a zoo and a maze all within a few minutes' drive - why wouldn't you stay with us!
