Description
The park is set in a quiet spot, back from the noise and bustle of the highway amongst the beautiful treed sand dunes of Blairgowrie, just a short walk from the safe bathing beaches of Port Phillip Bay or a short drive to the exhilarating surf beaches of Bass Strait including the famous Gunnamatta Beach.
With beautiful, well maintained and landscaped sites throughout the park you can spend the day relaxing or explore the nearby attractions of Mornington Peninsula National Park, Cape Schanck and the Light Station, or play a round of golf at one of the many top class golf courses in the area. There is also shopping or just sitting at one of the many cafés to unwind while you watch the world go by in the neighbouring suburbs of Portsea or Sorrento.
Although we have no accommodation in the park, most of our sites cater for Annuals (Long Term Holiday Sites), but we set aside some sites for caravaners who only have a few weeks at a time to get away.

User below was lucky to get someone to answer! Fair enough if you are speaking to another customer but in this day and age surely the management could have a message service attached.....like most mobile phones seem to have nowadays. To be fair did call back but 1 week is the minimum stay.

Well it is a quirky caravan park with a quirky owner. Stayed the 7 nights minimum and it worked out well for us, away from traffic & noise. Getting to know Ross does help. Would recommend.
