Description

Hike-in campsite for hikers along the 252 kilometre Great South West Walk. Fourteen campsites allowing one-night stays are located along the walk with walking sections of 10.6 - 26.3 kilometres between camps. There is no vehicle access. Located 14.4km from The Springs Camp and 15.3km from Mallee Camp, this overnight walkers camp in Discovery Bay Coastal Park is set amongst coastal scrub. A lookout provides excellent views of Bridgewater Bay. The campsite offers shared table, seasonal tank water (treat before drinking), shelter and toilet. A shared fireplace is provided but fuel stoves are preferred. Bookings are essential and camping fees apply.
