Meeniyan is a charming town that offers a variety of attractions, from this beautiful campground/recreation reserve, to delightful dining experiences and boutique shopping options. Whether you are seeking a peaceful, relaxing day or a fun-filled adventure, Meeniyan has something for everyone. The campground/recreation reserve features a playground, public BBQ, 2 x toilet block, and a dump point. It allows a maximum stay of up to three nights and is dog-friendly. The site is accessible to RVs, camper trailers, caravans, and tents. While water is available, not all taps provide drinking water. In the warmer months, visitors can enjoy lawn bowls on Tuesday evenings at 6:00 pm, with locals welcoming guests. Additionally, after football training on Thursdays, meals are available at the footy club from around 7:00 pm, and visitors are encouraged to join. The cost is $10 per vehicle per night.
