Free bush camping in a nice wide open spot beside the Murray River. Plenty of room for any type of camping. Beautiful view across the river and easy access to nearby tracks. Great spot very quiet stayed 7 days will be back Tree Goannas can be annoying

Enjoyed this spot for a couple of days in Nov 2020. Hardly saw another person. Closest camp was well over 500m away. Saw roos on each bank, goats across the river, pelicans, cockatoos and galahs amongst other birds. We had a brief visit by an eastern brown snake one morning and had a run in with huntsman on the swag one night. Pretty hot in summer but even with lifted COVID restrictions, nobody around.

Beautiful and clean, peaceful, relaxing and quiet Birdlife, roos koalas and emus .
