Lake Lascelles in Hopetoun offering both non powered and powered sites. Powered site are $30 per night and non powered sites are $5 per adult per night. Children are free!!! It is a mecca for walkers, swimmers, boating enthusiasts, bird watchers and fishermen, and has beautiful clean water from the Grampians Wimmera Mallee pipeline. Which means there is future reliability that the Lake will always have water. The Mallee Bush Retreat, located on the foreshore of Lake Lascelles, is an ideal stop for the weary traveller. The complex offers PAID powered camping sites plus a range of unique accommodation options that represent the pioneering heritage of the area with a very low cost price tag and an outstanding atmosphere. Non powered camping $5 per adult is encouraged around the lake perimeter away from the powered site. Be mindful of running generators unnecessarily for noise reasons. Take caution during wet weather! Can get very boggy! PLEASE PAY FEES WITH THE QR CODES AROUND THE LAKE OR THE HONESTY BOX PROVIDED AT THE TOILET BLOCK. DONT BE ONE OF THOSE PEOPLE WHO DONT AND RUIN IT FOR EVERYONE!!!!
