Description

Four Mile Beach is a developed campground offering low cost camping on Lake Hindmarsh. Powered and unpowered sites are available. Camping fees apply. Place your fees in the honesty box in the laundry. Lake Hindmarsh is a seasonal lake and can remain dry for several years between floods. Facilities include toilets, coin operated showers (20c), drinking water, picnic tables bins, camp kitchen, bbq's and boat ramp. Pets are permitted. Fires may be lit subject to fire regulations at all times. Fuel stoves are preferred. Fire wood may be collected only for campfires within the lake reserve and should only be dead wood from the ground. No fires/flames, (including gas or fuel stoves/lanterns in tents) may be lit on days of Total Fire Ban. Lake Hindmarsh Lake Reserve is in the Wimmera Fire Ban District.
