Looking for a place over the Easter break whilst our van went into repairs Bernadette our host at Dormkeen was very accommodating and helpful! We set up our double swag on the grounds of the property in darkness and Bernadette checked on us later to make sure we were ok! We woke up to an amazing morning and views of the property. After breakfast we stopped off by the Dormkeen cafe and gallery, the latte and vanilla slice was sensational! We wandered through the Homestead and enjoyed many sketches and books displayed! Bernadette appears to be a very active member of her local community, she is kind and generous we exchanged many interesting conversations! So if you are just passing by and need a light meal try the toasted sandwiches with a cuppa, Nick is a great barista! Great campground!
