Enjoy our spirits at one of the most scenic locations in Northern Tasmania.
Our newly renovated distillery formally launched in December 2019. The distillery tasting room offers a unique view over our 3,000 litre copper still and distilling process, coupled with a deck and views over the Tamar River come enjoy a tasting paddle of our gins today (our whisky is patiently aging). We are conveniently located just 15 minutes drive from Launceston in the scenic Tamar Valley at Tamar Ridge. Tours will be launching soon.
