Truffle Farm with small shop. Our truffles are grown in the pristine Tasmanian environment where we have the cleanest air in the world. This environment is ideal for the production of the black truffle and the quality of the truffles is second to none in Australia. Preferred by many chefs across the globe as a premium product. The Fresh Truffle season runs from late May until mid to late August. Truffle tours available. Tours are by appointment only. Advanced bookings essential.
