Description

The dam wall is via Mt Paris Dam Road, a wide slightly corrugated gravel road 13km from the highway (Derby side) or 5km from Weldborough.  The locals and 4WDs like to drive fast. Turn off when you see the sign for the dam.  This track is very uneven and degenerates very quickly into 4WD track and then gets worse.  Better to park on the side of the main gravel road, or at the beginning of the dam track, and walk the 100m to the wall.
