East beach Tourist Park, Low Head is a sea side tourist park and camping ground facility which caters to the accommodation needs of tourists, holiday makers and campers. It is located at the northern tip of Tasmania in historic Low Head, just north of George Town. The Park boasts 9 hectares or some 22 acres of absolute beach frontage. This idyllic setting is perfect for the holiday maker wishing to enjoy a tranquil, carefree stay, or perhaps spending time exploring the local historic places of interest. The park is also ideal to use as a home base for the more adventurous, wishing to explore further afield. There are several day trips that staff would be happy to help you plan. Our park runs along East Beach with foliage covered sand dunes separating the ocean from the park facilities. The sand dunes, trees and bushes keep the Park very well sheltered. There are multiple accesses to the beach. Guests also enjoy the use of the park amenities, disabled facilities, camp kitchen and laundry. The park has a dump point for customer use only. Budget travellers and large groups are also catered for.
