Wughalee Falls (/!\ WALK IN)
CampgroundDescription
Walk in campsite located off the Cape Pillar Walking Track in the Tasman National Park.
The walking track starts on the Fortescue Bay Road, as you approach the Fortescue Bay campground. When walking on the Old Cape Pillar Track, the first junction reached is at Tornado Ridge (after about 2 hours), where you'll cross onto Three Capes Track and Cape Pillar Track. Walkers cannot proceed west along the Three Capes Track from this junction, to protect the environmental values of the Tasman National Park. Walkers continue south-east on the Cape Pillar Track. The turnoff to the Wughalee Falls campsite is approximately 400m beyond this junction, on the left hand side of track.
A valid parks pass is required for entry to Tasmania's national parks.
This site has 10-12 dedicated tent platforms and a toilet. We strongly recommend you bring water in with you as natural water sources should not be relied on.
Pets are not permitted.
