You must pay at the Roadhouse approx 1km past the turn off. You will be issued a pin code for access to the overnight key box to open the gate. Arthurs Lake is Tasmania's most popular fishery destination, with more anglers than any other site. The lake is known for a great catch of wild brown trout (brown trout are the only species here) and large fish are frequently caught. Sites are unpowered and suitable for caravans, motorhomes and big rigs. Toilet and coin operated shower facilites are available. Dogs are permitted.
