We drove down onto the rock ledge which isn't a very wide area, so be careful if it's high tide as our vehicle nearly got swamped by a huge wave.

Amazing location for a close up view of the Southern Ocean in all its glory! Rock pools to explore at low tide, walking trails and tracks in both directions and the most spectacular views. Road in good gravel but corrugated after Coonabie; we let our tyres down a bit. Gate near the end and a new looking fence so assume rangers or local government doing a bit to protect the environment. Fantastic!
