Lookout ain't much during the day, but is beautiful over the river at sundown.

Poorly thought out lookout. 4 randomly placed bench seats with ugly concrete walls. Loads of parking as if it was a major tourist attraction . If picnic tables and toilets were added then it would be a really nice area. There are toilets and an undercover picnic area down at the wetland but it's quite a walk and I doubt many (or anyone) would carry their picnic there.
