Description
The underground Artesian water rises to the surface here in a salt encrusted pool. Over thousands of years the salt has been deposited in and around the pool. You can stop for a break and get some nice photos.
No camping or overnight parking.

How wrong can you be ( previous post!). The 'drain' is actually an old Ghan overpass & the water on both sides of the road comes from a natural artesian spring. The yellow colours of the rocks from the sulphur (I expect) are beautiful & the salt pans caused where the water has dried up are spread on both sides of the road.
