Description
Roadside rest area off of the Princess Highway on the edge of the Coorong National Park. There are rubbish bins but no other facilities.
Rest areas are a place where you can stop and rest, making your journey safer and more enjoyable. You can stop at a rest area to rest ad manage fatigue however they are not intended as camping sites.
It is dog friendly, however on the other side of bollards is the Coorong National Park. No dogs permitted in the National Park on the other side of bollards.

2 dirt roads hard as rocks on dry days, lead off the bitumen rest area and branch out further back. Excellent for a quiet overnighter. 2bar 4G.

Empty highway
Basically just a roadside park unless you want to try and get the van in which by the look of some of the wheel ruts left is not ideal, and it was raining so didnt want to risk getting stuck. The dog was happy to wander through the area though. Just parked in the car park, but bins were full to overflowing so carried our rubbish to next town.
