Stayed in a cabin in April 2021. Park has a lot of permanent residents, lots of random sheds and empty tin buildings, broken glass on the paths down to the river, generally unkept. We were warned on arrival to not speak to the resident in the cabin next door to us as he was a talker so we might be stuck for a while. Reception was personable and friendly, excellent service. Stayed in a pet friendly cabin overlooking the water. Beautiful view. Cabin borderline clean: filthy couch, dusty blankets in the cupboard, one throw on the bed and no top sheet, no towels. Clean floors, bathroom, kitchen. Walked down to the river front where the camping sites are. Amenities are a portaloo. Beautiful view.

A set of keys were found today at Lock 1. Has a Kia key & a cpl of caravan keys, etc. They've been handed in to Blanchetown Pub. This info was posted on Facebook page "Lostbox Australia - Lost & Found".

Place is in turmoil. Obviously putting in new sites up front. At the back lots of permanents, in sheds. Went in paid surprised at $35 a night. Site too small for 22 ft van and others cars and boats blocking road. Swiped car and van trying to maneuver. Pulled out nice lady gave me refund. No sorry. Check before you enter
