Description
The Loxton Riverfront Holiday Park, as it's name suggests, provides affordable holiday accommodation right on the banks of the River Murray. No busy road to cross, no traffic noise to keep you awake at night, just the natural sounds of the birds and animals that live in this delightful riverland environment.
Idyllically set amongst magnificent old River Red-gums, the popular park is home to kangaroos and an abundance of bird life. Amongst many other varieties, you'll see kookaburras, whistling kites, pelicans and if you're lucky, regent parrots.
Take some river time; relax, unwind, throw in a fishing line or a yabby net, swim, ski, canoe and at the end of your day, fill a glass and experience the glorious sunsets.
Why not take a leisurely stroll along the meandering, designated walking trails to the main shopping precinct and other tourist attractions.

Lovely huge open park, plenty of drive through sites. Amenities clean and well maintained. Good camp kitchen. $40 per night 2 x adults, power and water. We stayed in the lower section of park close by river and amenities. Welcoming check in.

Nice spacious park, sites are huge with ample reversing room if needed. Quick and friendly checkin process. (We stayed in the bottom by the river) Amenities were clean when we arrived, unfortunately there are some absolute pigs here this weekend, mud and water all through the showers/ toilets, how hard is it to mop after oneself, to the lady guest who cleaned it all up, well done! dirty sanitary pad left on the toilet floor when a bin is provided disgusting ladies! I used a pile of loo paper to scoop it up and bin it for you miss pig! $36 power and water with our big4 membership.
