Camped near the tank ruins as we arrived after dark. Better camping nearby at the Lake. Follow the track to trees at Lakes edge. Tank had rubbish around. Plus a dead Roo... putting the Skull in Skull Tank Camp. Morning BirdLife was a wonderful alarm clock.

Not sure if we found it. But parked near the salt lake. Nice spot but when some wind came through it battered our caravan. The rest of the night was nice and calm and we had a good night. Very quiet. We followed some very faint old tracks.

what a cracker spot I pulled ove and later caught up with our convoy ...the stop was worth it...amazing how our forefathers of this country gathered water....bloody awesome
