Description

Welcome to TROPIIKARMA camping and music at Bramston Beach. The views of the rainforest are magnificent and the peaceful serenity is the first thing you will feel. We welcome self contained caravans and tents, motorhomes etc. We now also have a large open field available ideal for groups of campers as well as the secluded spots listed. we also have an entertainment room/camp kitchen. We encourage musos to play together here acoustically & we have a stage for some events. Muso's can gather any day or evening.We are aiming at folk, country, & traditional music not modern & we have a friendly regular Saturday muso jam from 10am with no fixed finish time. Any instrument& voices welcome. Usually it's guitars, ukuleles, banjo harmonica & voices etc. Music is usually acoustic & does not reach or disturb the camping areas. Entertainment room is open daily from 8am to 8pm unless we have a special event on and times can be extended. Ukuleles & accessories are on sale & introductory lessons are free with every instrument. Restringing & setting up your uke is also available. This beautiful property is set in 100 acres of rainforest. There is wonderful birdsong and forest walks set in lush rainforest. We grow exotic fruits in the cleared areas & there is surplus fruit on sale seasonally. We invite you to enjoy & share our rainforest setting near the ocean. Pets must be kept on a lead at all times as we have vulnerable wildlife, cassowaries & wallabies etc. Living here too. The cassowary do wander through the property with chick's & feed on the rainforest fruits. There is a dogs off lead area at the beach. There are seasonal creeks & waterfalls here & walks around the property to explore. Please check your site on foot for ground condition & overhanging trees before driving on especially in the wet season although most sites are well drained.
