Great place!! Very secluded sites a good distance from each other. Optus and telstra coverage. We caught 28 yabbys in a night in 2 nets! Heaps in the shallow waters. No toilets. Bring a shovel. Heaps of carp on the fishing rods! Plenty of dead trees for firewood. The roos and emus were rummaging around around the tent at night but they won't harm you! Prebook before you go. The access road from the north is easy to miss but if you use google maps you'll be fine as the roads are all on here. Really well signposted too! Dont worry about not finding the site.

Lovely peaceful spot. Plenty of shade. Great that you can bring your dog. No fish around. We were easily able to get the kayaks in from the bank. BYO wood, please leave the dead trees and what's on the ground for the native animals, it is a NP after all!! And PLEASE dispose of your loo paper...its not hard to put it in a brown paper bag & burn it or put it in a garbage bag...its bloody disgusting seeing it laying around everywhere! Even better take a porta loo!!!
