Great little spot. Heaps of spots, sheltered from wind, nice view of the river. Perfect!

We spent 7 nights here. Awesome bird life. Very peaceful. Be careful with lowhanging branches if you have a large van.

Spent 3 nights here. It is not possible to pin just one location as there are various spots all along the river where you just pull in and make a camp. We found a level spot with an existing fire pit dug-out.. We have a Sunliner HA2 and had no issues with the river tracks. Plenty of ants but they didn't come on to our CGear mat.. Make sure that you DONT buy firewood from Woody's shop on the main road... 25$ for 15Kg, whereas MITRE10 in Waikerie have same for 12.95$!! We'll definitely come back here.. **edited** Did I say there weren't any ants.... I take it all back..... thousands of them....!
