Stayed here about a week ago. Was definitely happy to have a 4wd but may be doable with 2wd if careful. Campsite was located between the dunes and was reasonably well sheltered from the wind. Easy to walk over the dunes onto the beach for a glorious sunset. Mosquitoes came out in absolute force and ate us alive after sunset so remember to cover up and use insect repellent because they will feast if allowed. Campsites were big enough to fit multiple vehicles if needed but only us and one other camper while we were there. Definitely a great place to disconnect from the world but also had some reception/4G in certain areas if you really want/need it

Flat open area enough to have 4+ separate camps. Tucked away a bit more sheltered than the beach. Softish sand to get in would recommend 4wd but not saying 2wd can't be done

Nice place for a remote and private camp in a souwester. Road all good. No mozzies or other pests. Pretty wild beach. Big sand dunes which you can climb and then view the sunset. We got a beauty!
