June 22. Good clean campsite, toilet well maintained, some road/ train noise not enough to be a worry, nice lake. Tip: 1)Bring own wood if wanting an open fire. 2) Bring own toilet paper Donation box still missing, Rating: 4/5

Still a decent stop. Pity one donation box has been removed/hijacked and another broken into. Toilets don't seem to be maintained these days, so BYO paper.

Lovely spot. Lake is a short stroll from camping area. Camp kitchen is very handy. BBQ & table clean, flushing toilet was clean as well. Rained whilst we were here, but no issues under foot at all. This site is a credit to this community, thanks for having us.
