Arrived to Hillocks via coast dirt Road from Mosquito flats. Just inside the entrance is a house/shop area - looks closed but is open. The shop has a fair range of basic supplies. The lady at the desk was very helpful and we booked in to stay the night at around 3.30 ish. We were allocated to one of the many beach camps - bendolee beach around 4kms along the coast. It was only us at this camp. The road into camp was a little rocky here and there, but fine. Apparently the crew previously who had damage came through from marion bay on the dirt and it had not recently been graded. The road was graded this week for the easter rush as there were some well known potholes along it. (Lucky us now getting newly graded road out) The camps are well priced as previously stated. Beach is rocky sand

We stayed over the Easter weekend at Meteor Bay site 6. My sister and hubby were with us, and even though it was Easter and fully booked, there was still room. We had other campers around us, but not on top of us. The toilets were well maintained during the busy weekend, although we did notice a line up at times for the showers. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.
