Amazing location. We were the only ones there.

Wow what a stunning place. Pay $10 at the farm house to get a key to the gate. Pretty steep and rough road in and out so wouldn't risk it without a 4x4. We got our 22ft van in and out no problem. Lovely guy very friendly

Affordable, riverfront bush camping. It was $10 per night per car. Large open areas that are well suited to groups. We got several front-wheel drive sedans + a Subaru WRX in and out on the track with some cautious/ mindful wheel placement. Also saw a Commodore down there. Might be a different story in wet conditions. No issues for higher clearance cars like a Subaru Forester, Landcruiser or utes. Those with 4WDs didn't bother to actually engage 4WD. A bit of rubbish around, be careful if your dog likes to pick up stuff off the ground. It is possible to launch a small boat close to some sites, although confirm with the owner on arrival. Using obnoxious ski boats and jet skis are definitely not permitted. No fires during fireban season. The owner is a character but a nice man.
