Don't do what we tried to do. Why go 14kms on the dirt road, when we can keep going on the bitumen for 15km, and then just cut in on that dirt road which is only a couple of kms? A) very rough, not suitable for caravan, and B) flooded. Ended up having to turn a caravan in a tight spot, -very, very hairy. And then go all the way back and do the original dirt road that both Wikicamps and google maps had tried to guide us on. Lot and lots of bugs, so a shame we can't sit out and relax, which is what we really needed to do after our ordeal!

Stayed 4 nights on site 3. Not too busy over Easter surprisingly. Easy access to beach with 4x4. Allow 1hr return if walking to the beach via walking track. Some evidence of feral campers TP strewn about. Have some bloody respect. The toilet is not that far. Put your TP in the bin ladies.

A fantastic quiet spot! Long drops are clean and there is plenty of space! Will definitely go again.
