Lovely cool, clean rooms and a secure yard to park the motor home and boat. Quirky down to earth managers. They even got their telescope out to show us Saturn and Jupiter.

There was a strong stench of cigarette smoke at the reception. But other than that, facilities such as the kitchen and toilets are very clean and well-kept. Probably helps that there is barely anyone around at the moment. I had the whole 20-bed dorm (called the Dungeon) to myself. Also nice to have the novelty of bedding down in a cave for a night.

Off 2 See ...

Walked in here to enquire about rooms. Stunk like cigarette smoke. Female staff member wasn't too helpful and wouldn't show us a room. She said there were no laundry facilities for guests due to broken water hose. Only laundry facilities for staff. Would NOT RECOMMEND at all but see for yourself. We went to the Lookout Cave instead. Quality service, neat room, laundry facilities and excellent sunrise/ sunset view on top!
