Description

The Bon Accord Mine Complex Museum is open 10-1pm everyday except Wednesdays. (The Bon Accord Complex will also close on days forecast above 38 degrees, or on days of severe fire danger) The original mine office and workshop exhibits displays of the Burra copper mining area, 1845-1877. Occasionally local blacksmiths will fire up the forge and work on site for visitors to see it in action. This is a paid point of interest. No camping or overnight parking allowed.
