Description

A community established museum focusing on local town and district history. Spread over 2 sites - Urlwin Park, on Short Terrace has a functioning blacksmith shop, and great displays of farm machinery. Centenary Hall - on May Terrace, opposite the Bowling Club, focuses on town history and achievements. Open Saturday morning for regular working bees, and every second Sunday afternoon. Also open by private arrangement. Gold coin donation per person.
